Looks like. . .

We're moving! I have to admit, I was probably the biggest skeptic about our house actually selling. We had a lot of showings and a lot of interest, but the offers just weren't coming in. The showings were starting to wear on us; not so fun to always be on the run, especially at bedtime. In fact it was starting to feel like we were living out of the van. So we decided we would give it until the first week of October and then call it quits. Almost as soon as we made that decision offers started coming in and we have a buyer! They have until the end of this week to secure their funding and do inspections. After that it is a done deal. If all goes accordingly our move date is November 4. As for where we are going. . . we can't wait to find out either! We made an offer on a short sale that we are all in love with. However that could take a while, so now we have to decide whether to wait it out in an apartment or offer on a different house. . .

I just wanted to say "Good Luck to you!" I do hope that everything will work out the way that you want them to and in a quick manner. Short sales can take months and months so I hope the good luck stars are with you.

I say live in a tent until your short sale goes through. Think of the Fall-time adventures you could enjoy roughing it!

After I got off the phone with you tonight Kyle was asking me about all that! I didn't even think to ask...I obviously have other things on my mind!!! I'm glad someone bought it. Good luck!

Ditto on Suzy's comment. I am so sad, but I want you to be happy. I just hope someone great is buying your house because they have big shoes to fill (they won't be able to though)

I LOVE you all! I will just have to have a weekly playdate at my house so we neighborhood friends can still see each other =)
